The last month has been INSANE; exams, moving to a new place, general freakiness... But I'm now all settled in my new flat (loving it to bits!), which should hopefully calm things down slightly.

Rain vs sunshine. Rain wins.
This past Wednesday, kayryn and I went to see Lady Gaga live in Helsinki, and I learned three things: 1) Holy crap, the woman can sing. I was blown away by the talent. 2) Finns are, in fact, able to jump, dance and scream like mad if coaxed to it correctly. 3) A ballad can by sung tastefully, even when wearing tiny, black latex bikinis. Fantastic DVD related news (I know, it's sad to be this excited)! First of all, according to Play.com (and also Amazon.co.uk it seems), Season 4 of SVU will be released on region 2 in September. It's way past midnight and it's still 25C (77F) outside. That's just not right. It's these few hot summer days (all three of them) that make me wish we had air conditioning. Most of the time there's no point in having one, but goddammit, I'm melting and I want it!
